Today is my 32nd birthday. Over the last month, I asked several 90-year-olds what advice they would give to their 32-year-old selves. Here's the life advice everyone needs to hear:

Once I’m disciplined enough to drink my daily recommended amount of water, y’all better watch out.
Fun fact: I can’t look at pictures of my dog or talk about her without tearing up. That’s true love my guys.
I blast @Ohweatherly so much at work, my coworkers now know all the lyrics to Lips Like Oxygen and I thinks that’s pretty rad.
