Bought a brand new @MaytagCare washer and dryer from Lowe’s April 2025. Called Maytag because It is knocking loudly and Maytag says “it’s normal”. Not for $1800 for the set. What can I do???? Help help! @TheMaytagMan

@MaytagCare Been a Maytag customer since 1976. Purchased in that time period, 6 washing machines. My current machine , below, was purchased in 2020 from Lowe’s Appliances. Last month (3/25) my 5 year old machine, 10 yr warranty, crashed. No support from Maytag. The end for me.

So disgusted w/ @MaytagCare for their awful performance. My washing machine broke after only 4 years & I’ve had a tech out at least 4 times unable to fix whatever the problem is. Never again will I purchase from this company. I do not recommend buying this brand at all. 😡

@MaytagCare I got a MVWB766FW1 in 2018. I thought the 5 yr complete warranty was great. But I did think it would last me 5 years beyond that! Not even 7 yrs old and the gear case is bad. Diamond service says 516 to repair, might as well find another machine for a bit more!

Never buying another @MaytagCare product again. The dishwasher broke down 18 months ago, it was 6 months old. Took 6 months of fighting to get a replacement and now that one broke down. Called for help and the customer service was down right rude.
