Our paper got rejected by a journal because the reviewers felt we used a sub standard comparator arm. The NCCN guidelines recommends the comparator arm as a standard of care (level 1) and this is most widely used in LMIC. Is the NCCN recommending sub standard regimens? #ASCO23
