Thanks to @Roche for supporting this important topic. We will have got the shift from hospital to community right if we can finally reduce health inequalities in lung disease - the most extreme of all health conditions - and do better than the worst in Europe for lung health.

Great vibe at the Primary Care Respiratory Society over the last couple of days. Delegates here will be in the frontline of making the shift from hospital to community happen. There will be challenges but the rewards for patients will be huge. Thanks so much for a great event!
