I couldn't push this up on the weekend much pass 500, if I forced it I could get to 1000...and then coughed for 10-15 mins after... 1000 today felt natural..and I'm thinking that's good progress ...🙌

Today, I will not stress over things I cannot control.
Rest when you need to. Your business will continue to run and the work will still be there. Taking regular breaks and allowing yourself to rest (without guilt) will benefit your business in the long run.
