What I’ve taken from this is firstly, the amazing, unselfish teams of humans that can form from nothing in an emergency. And secondly, that you never ever know what is going to happen when you wake up. A reminder that life should never ever be taken from granted.
Cycling today we came across a man who had collapsed.He wasn’t breathing and his heart had stopped.There was a defibrillator close by and some brilliant people. He left in an ambulance in sinus rhythm breathing independently. I do so hope he survives. We all need magic right now
