Replied this to the question of @hnshah and this is what I get on my whatsapp a few hours later. Maybe we are onto something with trying to optimize for recall 😄

In around ~2 years of building and scaling Bitscale to 6-figure arr and a team of 10 people, the best thing I have learned is that always hire people to scale the processes that you have already tested. Never hire for a promised utopia, only for the utopia that you have already…

Ai Fiesta this, Ai Fiesta that. All I need is a split tab of @ChatGPTapp and @claudeai and I am the best wordcell that there ever was

Or the feature that you were putting in your enterprise plans is released as a complimentary feature by Anthropic

Mood of average Indian AI appl founder when they realise that this game is about scale and money, not innovation

tbh, totally depends on the kind of business you are looking to build/disrupt. google, twitter and anthropic wouldn't be there without this. very generalising statement.

If your business is not making money after first few years, I don’t value u as a good businessman. If u r constantly losing money and that too someone else’s that’s almost cheating.

The last words you hear before: - you loose 40% of your equity to a VC - you are legally prevented from talking about your funding - you are prevented from drawing even ramen profitable salaries - you are kicked out from your own startup

Do not start a company if you're primarily driven by: - Making money - Getting famous - Doing better than others - Calling yourself CEO/founder Only do it if you're crazy enough to do whatever it takes to solve a problem you deeply care about

Trying the workflows and AI record enhancements in @attio for the last few days. Love how easy it is to setup workflows and also setup reports. Some of the metrics that were almost impossible to manage on Hubspot without a lot of manual work (like discovery vs follow-up calls)…

it is 2025, why do you still need to be a GTM "engineer"? software engineer's are becoming prompt whisperers that means something be a GTM creative, a GTM translator, a GTM architect kill it with your ideas, abstract the rest to tools like Bitscale

Each day I takes sales calls, the more I realise - it's all about data accuracy in B2B GTM. All the fancy automations and tech, but people only care about if they can get accurate company domains and accurate linkedin urls or not. Because this is still unsolved! The problem…

We were building SayData as our previous product. Finding and reaching out to the right prospects was the major pain. We were literally sourcing and qualifying leads from Linkedin all day. SayData didn't work out (too much service-heavy, not scalable), but the pain of account…

Make something you want (you’re probably not alone)

Have been inactive on X for a while. The plan now is to post regularly - essentially share my thoughts (around the AI & GTM space with some amount of shit-posting as well) and experiences along the way. Let's see how this goes.

with more power comes lesser discoverability this is especially true for GTM tools that is why we launched BitPilot in @bit_scale it abstracts the steps of tool selection, tuning and logical sequencing you only need to think top-down, rather than worrying about the tech

And @bit_scale is the place for it. Reachout if you are new and would like to learn.

If you're an 18- to 22-year-old who's not a developer but still somewhat technical, please consider building a career in GTM engineering and sales. I've had so many founders try to hire GTM engineers lately - and it'll not be easy to automate it end-to-end with AI. Go on…

Did it again under 2 mins, before 10:03am hit The key I have figured is having the money in the irctc wallet Btw, should i start doing this as a paid service?
