I'll never forget Michelle Obama saying we need to "plan our joy" in an interview with Oprah. I'm so intentional about planning dates with friends, self care appointments, fitness classes, and trips now. I always have something to look forward to. Keeps me excited about life.

7am-10am really the sweet spot to get everything you need done. It aint too hot, stores just opening so it’s not packed with all that damn noise, service is usually a 9/10 anddd you got the whole day to yourself to do what you want.
