@FurlencoSupport This is unacceptable. I’ve been waiting since May 28 for a furniture pickup after ending my rental, and nothing has been done. Despite multiple confirmations and calls, the pickup hasn’t happened. This is gross negligence. 🧵 #FurlencoFail #CustomerService
Such poor baggage handling by @IndiGo6E ! I just landed in Hyderabad from bhubaneswar and when I claimed my luggage, found out my trolley was broken at multiple places. They don't even have staffs near the baggage claim.
