People ask me how I make so much content about Procurement. It's simple. I've made notes throughout my career. I take those notes, connect them with other notes, and share them. The hard work has been done. And I've got my @NotionHQ second brain powering my notes capture.

LinkedIn reach humbled me real quick today
Growing a digital business on the side of consulting work is hard but fun. Small milestone last week - $1k revenue on my @SubstackInc. I can only see it getting bigger. And 18k followers on LinkedIn talking about Procurement only feels good.
Yesterday, after posting a Tweet saying that I reject the word ‘cis’ and don’t wish to be called it, I receive a slew of messages from trans activists calling me “cissy” and telling me that I am ‘cis’ “whether or not I like it”. Just imagine if the roles were reversed.
Repeated, targeted harassment against any account will cause the harassing accounts to receive, at minimum, temporary suspensions. The words “cis” or “cisgender” are considered slurs on this platform.
Thank you @JohnsHopkins for reminding us that “woman” is an outdated and offensive term. From now on, the phrase is “non-man”. 👏✊
My best ideas happen when I’m away from my little home office. Usually whilst I’m trying to breathe, as I hit another trail, that I’m sure was placed there to snap my ankles. So get out, enjoy some fresh air, escape the norm, and you might just have another good idea.
