Most of us are happy & depressed. Life comes in phases, I really don’t believe there’s anyone who doesn’t go through sad moments. Sometimes you can sit down & thoughts hit you putting your mood down & you’re sad but you choose to be happy in those moments. Feelings ain’t real.
