The dog want the cat’s food and the cat wants the dog’s food. Reminds me of some people’s career paths.
Just went to verify "Introview" as an organization on Twitter and it costs $1000 per month. I did not know that.

Are there any companies that prepare job searchers for the interview? Like sending them questions, listing attendees, giving them a dress code, etc.? Or is that too much like cheating?
If you only live once, why are you passing up on that opportunity that you may never get again?
Unemployment is falling, layoffs are increasing, yet I’d say it’s still a candidate’s market. It’s all a bit strange but there are a lot of differences when you compare industries
How would you describe the current employer/candidate market?
What do you think is the most important thing job searchers consider before accepting a job offer?
Someone said remote work is the greatest thing for minorities who are uncomfortable in traditional office settings. What do you think will happen if everyone does away with WFH?!
That candidate probably has other options that don’t make them interview as much 😅 Long hiring processes can really put a damper on retaining good candidates
I told a candidate their last interview was their last one. I was wrong. I told them sorry, blah, blah. They emailed me back and said they feel like they are done interviewing and can answer questions via email. It's now turned into a no-win situation. #interviewing
Great leaders don't just bark orders. They inspire and empower their team to be their best selves. Anything less than that is a disservice
Doesn't hurt to read this again, every so often.
Job seekers reading this article:
Oh look - another round of interview advice from CEOs. This time the advice is to NEVER ask about remote work. What say you? 'Never ever' ask this question at a job interview, says CEO: 'It's an immediate red flag' for me flip.it/C2l-PI
Just when you think you’ve got the perfect recruiting method down pact, BOOM! A new piece of tech, data, or AI pops up
My only question is, how old is said person? 😅
Someone said "recruiting hasn't changed in the last 70 years" and I'm thinking wait... You don't think the internet changed anything about recruiting?
Busy doesn’t mean productive. Being productive is wayyyy better and it doesn’t take as long as busy does
Just came out of a 30-min meeting. Everyone used one word 12x times. “I’m so busy”, “Busy times”, “Just so busy”… Because if we aren’t busy, then we aren’t important enough, right? Being busy does not mean we’re effective and productive. And it doesn’t necessarily show real…
I don’t think the ATS is necessarily a myth, but people did make a bigger deal about it than they should have. While ATS matching is still important, job searchers should try to make contact and connect with people on the inside
"Passing" the ATS myths get all the attention from job seekers. You should also be focusing on how to get found. Actively apply to new roles while your LinkedIn & Resume (posted from the job boards) bring new leads to you on the side.
