4 months today i was hospitalized for trying to kill myself
Don't get me wrong , I still get the urges. But I've gotten stronger, the urges don't faze me anymore.
It's so hard , not cutting or purging like I used to. It kills me every waking day. But I'm getting through.
I just need to stop cutting,purging,burning etc. I don't do it as much, well rarely now.
