Need a specific date for fibre in my area. Its 2025. I'm not paying the same as someone who has 100x the speed I get. It's like paying for broadband but getting dial up or still paying for texts. It's obsolete tech. I should be able to stream without out issue in a town like mine

Same here. The bot text doesnt really tell us what the issue is, time to resolve and fix times shared have been and gone and just extend if you redo the text fault … can we get a real update to the fault and when it will be resolved hy in the CH4 region.
@TalkTalk this has gone on long enough. Your broadband service isn't fit for purpose. I will be looking to terminate my contract and move to a competent competitor such as @Plusnet

@Plusnet I've had to spend £17 getting extra mobile data today as my WiFi isn't working . . . will I be compensated for this and any additional data I need to purchase while my Internet isn't working?

@Plusnet My Virgin deal has ended & I’m looking at switching to Plusnet or Vodafone on 300 Mbps FTTP deals. Also need one external phone line moved ~6m & a redundant line removed. Openreach quoted ~£126. Can Plusnet include this work as part of a new-customer install in Lisburn?
