This end of year has been conference season and I love it! ✨ Very keen to be presenting our early conceptual model of systems integration in youth mental health, which centres relationships at its core, at #RCCRoundtable2022 in Boston today.

Do you live in SA and have a #livedexperience of suicide? This Thursday we will be discussing #alternativestosuicide and how you could become a peer group facilitator. See below for details! #suicideprevention @NadiaClancy @PictonChris @PMalinauskasMP

I'm working on a research project w/ Adelaide Uni and Deakin looking into experiences of landholders affected by compulsory acquisitions in Australia. Please reach out if you're from VIC, have been affected and are interested in speaking to us about your experiences.

It feels like a full circle moment when high school students reach out to interview me for their research projects - so cool to see so many young people interested in pursuing mental health research/professions!

First conference done! 🥳✨ Very proud to have presented a conceptual paper on responsible management in the youth mental health sector at @PRMESecretariat World Tour Research Development Workshop. Excited to move forward with new and improved ideas for my PhD!

It's been a busy few months preparing for Cambridge and other conferences, but happy to say that ethics has been approved! I'm so keen to be getting out from behind my screens and back into community and connecting with young people. (Watch this space, exciting things to come)

Research proposal has been submitted. Proposal presentation date confirmed. Funding application completed. Think it's time to get away from the screen and go on a long hike!

I've had a recent surge of people contacting me on LinkedIn about an article I published in 2019 about the two sides of mental health stigma in Asian culture - another person contacted me today. Almost 3 years later, I'm still amazed that it resonates with people!

Draft 3 of research proposal completed and submitted for feedback. Getting better with each revision! 🥳

Heading to Cambridge in Sept, as my first co-authored paper has been accepted into the Journal of Management Studies Conference and I've been selected to attend a workshop! (Will definitely monitor the situation to ensure it's safe to travel but a huge achievement!).
