@BlueStarLtd is the biggest cheat in the electronic appliances segment. I had purchased a Inverter Split AC from @VijaySales on 26th June 2021, and Just after 4 months I'm facing problem of water leakage from the indoor unit. I've made 4-5 complaints to @BlueStarLtd for the same.
Recent complaint for the same I've made on 18th October,2021 and local service provider of @BlueStarLtd had told me that they've send a report for replacement of indor unit to their head office & they're processing the same. I donot have any update of the same. @VijaySales
Later I've made a call to them asking how can they close the ticket without my consent assuming that my problem has been resolved even when I've told them that it didn't. Now they say that they'll issue a fresh ticket for the same. @BlueStarLtd @VijaySales @VSSupport_
I received a call this morning from @BlueStarLtd customer care asking that is my problem get resolved or not, even when I said no my issue isn't resolved they cancelled my ticket which they issue every time any customer made any complaint to them.
This year we had an incapable council. Especially exam committee. Sorry ICAI for our poor selection. Members please take a note of it.
