building something while being misunderstood by others for a long period of time is tremendously emotionally exhausting. it’s a form of athleticism. rewards can be immense if you get it right. but the odds are random at best. so, pace yourself. it’s a marathon.

Can we normalize being young & being a non-drinker, non-smoker, disliking going to loud bars/clubs with sheesha odour all over, and having no interest in sleeping around for over 7 hours a day, holding no interest random people's lives, AND not feeling alienated at the same time?
