I built a simple Email Agent that checks for incoming emails, then classifies them based on their content Depending on the content of the mail, if it's important, it sends me a message on slack If it's invoices, it forwards them to my accountant etc. One workflow at a time 🙂
i don’t mind taking the longer route to avoid greeting/interacting with people.
building with mcps changed my mind on this api design assumes the caller is deterministic. mcp design assumes the caller is an llm.

LLMs like the one you used don't see words as a sequence of individual letters. Instead, they break the text into larger units called tokens, which are often whole words or sub-words (like "straw" and "berry) And once that happens the model loses the character view humans have

Do we need custom agents if we have MCPs? Instead of building custom agents...why not build a couple of MCP's then connect then to claude What do you think?

Me i always tell anybody when starting that to learn SQL before Python because it makes coding understandable due to its English-related terms
