I can't believe he thinks 10's oversaturation is not an issue 😔
On the one hand, I get why 10 oversaturation is an issue (I've heard that he basically became a re-occurring character in 13's comic run). But I do think that part of the problem is simply that 13's TV run recycled so much from the Tennant years. It didn't do itself any favours.
