After waiting for 15 days, this is @amazonIN response for a frequent prime customer. Funny thing is it is always you who have to contact them by going through tens of responses just to reach the customer care. AND THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT EMAIL.
To all online customers of @amazonIN, please be vary of their support policies, even if you're prime customer. They keep the returned item, not refunding the amount, making excuses in name of internal investigation and their support team ends and deletes chat to prevent snapshot.

@amazonIN Your customer service is pathetic. They don't respond in app. My item has been returned back on the reason that I rejected it. I never got any communication from any delivery agent, how you're assuming that it's me who rejected the order? Order ID: 408-7889582-5262735
