Contact free! Had 2 parcels "delivered to safe place" yesterday despite being at home with doors open, never heard knock, and where the hell is this "safe place"? no email with photo of said "safe place", only robots when you ring, website lime a carousel (round and round)!!!!!
How do I open a business account for high volume small parcels - 100-300 per day. I have filled the on-line form in but after more than a week I have heard nothing.

I'm still waiting for mine it's been 2 to 3 weeks now Your service is rubbish.
Over a month wait and still no delivery on a tracking number that states a 24 hour delay. Shit company!
