so what is "customer service" really....being people's parents without the perks of yelling or discipling them.
3)sometimes you have to clean which brings me to my conclusion: you have to do all this w/o stabbing, bitting, cursing or murdering people
2) locate, find, identify, specify and repeat instructions, directions, prices, answers etc.
If you work in "customer service" what you actually do is 1) answer the same question a billion times, the same question!
