We changed the submission deadline timezone to AOE (Anywhere on Earth) instead of GMT. So it is February, 16, 23:59 AOE.
The submissions deadline for both papers and tutorials has been extended to February 12, 2024.
The article is based on the panel led by @margo_seltzer @ShriramKMurthi and @NeerajaJY at #HotOS XIX and feedback from @ovahldy. Roberta, Solal, and Vaastav wrote a Panel Report that documents the discussions (hats off to the diligence and hard work!), arxiv.org/pdf/2308.05762…
