I love having “classic thoughts”. Such as “The trees look so beautiful this time of year.” These classic thoughts help me feel more connected to humanity

Ok so I just got off the phone with the recruiter. Its an over-winter contract at the actual south pole station. Skeleton crew of 42 people for 8 months feb-October. 6 months total darkness. More people have climbed Everest than have done this.

Should I apply to work a construction/maintenance job in Antarctica? Im looking at the indeed listing now lol

I love so much that this is on Indeed

Good lord that’s a lot of shows. Kind of takes the urgency away but

Ok I really need to see the whole thing. Did they stage each section of the song?? Did they focus group a cover that would resonate with the Exactly Me demographic??

Honestly think good engineering happens this way too

sometimes I see a slash in a tweet and my brain goes immediately into poetry mode for the reading in my mind

all i’ve ever wanted is the bed / nighttime routine of a couple in a movie. lathering a fuckton of lotion on my legs while my husband does whatever the fuck on his laptop

A hot take I might actually agree with?

If React had no state, effects, or event handling and was purely static, it would still be my favorite templating language of all time.

Star Trek’s only failure was to assume the darmok at tanagra meme language would be linguistic and not visual

taking something beautifully written and turning it into a summary is not the right way to show this feature use an email or a text message. this is like the crushing musical instruments ad all over again

The Summarize Notification setup screen on iOS 18.1 beta 3 has an Easter egg It summarizes Steve Jobs’ “Here’s to the Crazy Ones” to “A poem celebrates people who think differently”

It's not bad being a "hidden gem", but we think Arco deserves being just a "gem". Help us spread the word!

Arco has +150 reviews, 98% being positive ✨ Sadly, we are struggling to make people notice about the game itself, being considered already as a "hidden gem"💎 Our gameplay trailer shows how Arco works, and hopefully it will catch your eye 👀 A RT will help us A LOT🙏

I have bent the algorithm ever so slightly back towards goodness by following and liking just a few accounts that post poetry
