Deafening silence of Mother Nature, so relaxed after my Sunday walk.
Hosting Women's Circle's has been on my heart for a long time, got some dates in the diary, so happy.
A year ago, there was no way in hell I'd cold shower. But gotta say after nearly a year of cold water therapy, my life really isn't the same..and now I happy sit in cold water on a daily basis.
Sunday was spent well, beautiful 24hrs away felt like a mini holiday
Massage and a walk far from the madding crowds is a beautiful Monday for me.
Coldest one yet!! Cold water therapy has fundamentally changed me this last year, can highly recommend it.
One of my favourite places to meditate in....3 and half mins today!!
