A little boost to keep going!

🚀 Quick progress update: Launch files in their default apps, or choose something else.

I think we have enough coding agents. We don’t need anymore. They all do the same thing.

🚀 Update: Native MacOS Quick look to quickly peak into files. Use the shortcut, and blaze through files without having to open each one.

🚀Update: eyeballs UI is in sync with your file system. make a change on Finder, and it instantly reflects in eyeballs!

Finder who? My new file manager is clean, minimal, and keyboard-friendly. Spacious vibes only. 😎

Just implemented drag and drop on eyeballs. You can drag files on to other applications seamlessly.

Launched my waitlist for Eyeballs - a more useful file manager. eyeballs.dev

First cut is ready. I'm able to quickly navigate throughout my file system just as I could using command pallete in popular IDEs or Telescope in neovim. You can also launch files with their default apps. Next steps: Allow users to choose which apps to launch files with, allow…

I have started building a native mac app that acts as a modern and simple file manager. My goal is to make it optimized for the keyboard, so that finding files doesn't feel tedious anymore. Does this seem like something you'd use?

I've been tinkering with an idea for a better file manager. I'm on Mac and Finder is ok... but definitely not the best it can be. I've Telescope on neovim and wondered why we don't have a native file manager that allows simple and fast access to files using the keyboard.

Check out the action button. Wanted it to give a light, vibrant, and subtle at the same time.

I've built a UI library of styled components. Most libraries are either too plain or overly bold. I wanted components that balance nice design and complexity without looking extreme. So I decided to build one. I'll share pieces as they're built. Let me know what you think!

It was so fun animating this one! Had to figure out some weird quirks of css transforms, but got it working in the end!

I used to be clueless when it came to building cool animations like this. I thought you needed bulky libraries like GSAP. It's so cool that this works with just a few lines of CSS!

Anything that can be automated, will. The two jobs that will remain for humans are building and entertaining. And by building I mean innovating and creating from the ground up. Something that provides immense value that hasn’t been seen before. SaaS AI wrappers aren’t going to…

DevMatter is for builders. I’m tired of form tools that: ❌ Lock me into their UI ❌ Spam me for upgrades ❌ Ignore dev workflows I want: ✅ Full control ✅ Clean API ✅ Instant push notifications So I’m building it.

Not every day has a “launch.” Some days are just “keep the promise you made to yourself.” Still building. Still shipping.
