A retail business can 2x their revenue with a custom loyalty app. A loyalty app is software that "buys" the loyalty of your customers. Not everybody needs a custom app. There are plenty of off-the-shelf solutions to choose from. So how do you know if you need to go custom?

Unpopular opinion: Software is not about the tech. The tech is just a medium. The "soul" of the software is the value it can offer. Prove me wrong.

Most failed apps don’t die because of bad code. They die because nobody wanted them in the first place. Before you build an app, make sure you: • Talk to real users. • Test demand before you build. • Focus on the problem, not the features. Move fast. But move smart first.
