Is time travel possible ? Only forward. But if you go far enough you will meet your past.
You can speed up the speed of light by using substances with negative dialectic coefficients. Things like meta-materials or substances with inverted gain regions like charged ammonia gas or excited substances used in lasers. you don't need negative mater.
Is faster then light travel possible No but you can increase the speed of light to infinity ! So in reality there is no speed limit.
with a few problems My language skills are poor so it may take some explaining to put things in context.
