Technology is causing us to forget how to be ourselves. Do we really know who we are when if we have our face in a screen all day fearing that what we type and say will be misinterpreted or even used to persecute us? Power off and go outside.
Early in pandemic I performed telephone/video consults which I vowed I won't do again. I know they currently still have their role but I think they're being overused. I've learned to appreciate the fascinating interactions I have with patients from all walks of live each day.
