With @ERCOT_ISO it's not just the heat, it's also the baseload. The lowest 25 hourly loads in 2022 were were +6,000MW higher than in 2021, about the same increase as in the top 25 hourly loads. A big chunk of that increase must be from higher baseload requirements.
