Successful economic development does not come in chasing shiny objects. Prosperity emerges from well designed strategies and relentless experimentation. To develop new ecosystems, we need new tools, frameworks and training. That's where we focus.
We often confront complex, wicked challenges. These present themselves as complex adaptive systems. You can create one with a stick, and we introduce this exercise at the start of every training. The challenge of course: the systems we confront in daily life are invisible.
Our workshops are different. They're highly structured, disciplined events in which we stimulate deep strategic thinking with powerful questions. Each participant has a workbook. All of our exercises are timed to keep us focused.
Organizational transformations are driven by people with a different mindset. They shift from a hierarchical/scarcity mindset to a network/opportunity mindset. This transformation takes time. We designed our disciplines to speed the transformation.
