My data on this is wild. I’ve been micro-dosing Ozempic for 9 weeks (0.25 mg/week). I’ve loved it… I normally have a ton of food noise (thinking about the next meal, etc), and that’s completely disappeared. I’ve mostly stopped overeating and dropped ~5 pounds I wanted to. I…

It is interesting when founders say raising $X to accelerate revenue. If only it was that simple. If only it was easy to turn $ in into revenue at the early stage.
2 signs that human is not being straight with you on a zoom call or in real life: - They say something and immediately touch their nose, other part of the face or kind of brush their hand against their face. - They move in their seat, always up then down and forward. This…

1. Yes 2. Along with a right to co-sell 3. VCs reset founders and do it anyway Stop would need to solve when founders don’t scale.
6 year vesting should be the new normal. Maybe 8 years? (but founders also need to get credit for any capital they themselves invest in the company. Probably preferred equity although this is tricky at very early stages)

Including Godel undecidability and NP hard problems or excluding ?
Some days you move a mountain. Some days you move a pebble. Both count. Keep moving.
This is 100% true and while sometimes painful to be in on those conversations but is exactly why these founders win.
Strong founders almost always violently reject opinions from vcs. They have an absolute level of confidence that does not waver over time. This is what we are after
Co-founder vesting should be 6 years. The only founder who isn’t happy with that, is the one who leaves. I talk to so many founders who wish they did this.
Is this a case for solo founders? Co-founders are leaving startups at a higher rate in recent years.

That time when VCs send you their struggling portfolio companies they wouldn’t bail out themselves but think maybe you will bail them. Instant loss of credibility imo.
