Wednesday June 22, 2022 - 5 YEARS #Kidneyversary. Manon (aunt/donor/hero) dislikes hospitals - 5 yrs ago she went ahead with the surgery to give me a better life with her little mighty kidney. Today I faced my fear of heights to honour this incredible gift #BeADonor #LoveLife
Today would have been our 2021 Alive to Strive Race. Although we couldn’t get together again this year, our volunteers and participants continue to be the bests!! Here are a few pictures of them! Until we get together next year, stay safe everyone!

Already been 5 years today since receiving the Mayor's City Builder Award for @alive_to_strive! Thank you! Although the race had to be cancelled this year, our work continues. Kidney patients can still apply for Active Living Grants to help them stay active during this pandemic.
Big shout out to @NoelPaine and @NinaAsha for supporting the Alive to Strive Project! Noel has participated in the Alive to Strive Race in the past and wanted to help raise kidney health awareness again this year! Thank you for your continuous support and community involvement!
This mom & son duo have been taking part in the Alive to Strive Race for years and this year was no different - they went for their own little family run on race day to support the Alive to Strive Project with the virtual support of their community gym @CrossFitNCR thanks guys!

Sunday March 22nd 2020 - 33 months #kidneyversary !! Not as exciting of an activity as other months, but fitting. Went to the centennial flame on parliament hill very late last night for my Pepsi; no one else in sight, just like it HAS to be right now. #socialdistancing
