the amount of videos i have bc of cd's/vinyl's possibly coming damage, unsigned, wrong item or not even in the package. it protects you and shows the company its on them. record yourself opening your packages!

UPDATE: if you ordered a SINGLE cd, you’re more likely to get it because of the tight white packaging that is difficult to open. any more than that, and you might be affected by this. 60+ reports now.

so just a heads up guys if your signed CDs are shipping from Nashville or Kentucky through @DHLGlobal, over 50 consumers and then some (just on Facebook so far) have had their CDs ripped open and stolen with empty packages being delivered @UMG @taylornation13
