Think of skills as investments, not tasks. Rather than checking boxes, ask: "Which capability will multiply my options five years from now?" Because growth is less about the role you have today and more about the potential you build.
I strongly relate to this feeling. Those who use AI will be more productive than those who don't. Trust me, I'm already receiving a lot of appreciation and visibility solely because of this and on top of that, I'm able to spend more time exploring.
