This will make the platform much more difficult to use for women, who will now have no way to mitigate the surveillance and harassment of hostile, abusive men.

Soon we’ll be launching a change to how the block function works. If your posts are set to public, accounts you have blocked will be able to view them, but they will not be able to engage (like, reply, repost, etc.).

The argument that the 13th Amendment prohibits forced pregnancy has long been made by Black feminist legal scholars. This week, it made a cameo in the judicial order that overturned Georgia’s ban.

So important to recognize forced pregnancy as forced, involuntary servitude. I argue that it violates the 13th Amendment. Here's part of the order signed by Judge Robert C.I. McBurney recognizing it's "eerily reminiscent" history to slavery in the GA Court order:

Whether or not Tim Walz is VP pick — he’s modeled a liberal alternative, to moderate DNC politics-about-policy. Walz says — ‘You don't win elections to bank political capital; you win elections to burn political capital and improve lives.’ This is opposite of 1990s Clinton DLC.

Whole lot of magical think pieces about what could have been of #Boston2024. Meanwhile, we’re saying “there’s no room at the inn” because we have no space for new residents? So we DO have space for 15,000,000 Olympic visitors but NOT for 7,500 families fleeing violence? #mapoli

Public health *is* public safety.

I’m sick of being told their isn’t enough money for SNAP & TANF when the GOP wants to send the Pentagon more than they asked for. Here’s a budget idea: redefine national security to be more than bullets & bombs & give every American what they need to live safely & securely.

No one makes a come back like Boston. And no one blows it quite like Boston.
