@AmazonHelp Order 405-1173142-7693940 of 30 Jun 25 delivered but item missing in package. When complained CR said to call back in 3 days time as order was COD. Pls callback customer as earlier as possible on your own instead of making customer chase @amazonIN for resolution.



As per NEW @amazonIN Policy, Refund for COD order incl order paid thru Card at delivery will ONLY be in Customers' Bank Acct. No more Refund in PayBalance. Close to Expiry items in Order#402-0172577-5257914 - NRI customer FORCED to add NRE Acct that doesn't accept INR! @nch1915

Not resolved. Infact my complaint fr undelivered item ws NOT EVEN REGISTERED despite calling 2x. Instead @AmazonIn Fresh staff LAUGHED n asked me to call back after online payment is settled by Amazon merchant. My request for callback was declined. @AmitAgarwal @amazonCOMPLAIN
