Sad he ignores BJP irritating Punjab by trying to alter status quo on Chandigarh, grab control of Panjab university, try imposing farm laws etc. Akali Dal faces a conundrum. Unless BJP modifies Punjab-baiting, if Akalis align with BJP, their shrunken rural base will collapse.
