AMBUTRAN is at Seaview this afternoon for the match between Crusaders and Dungannon Swifts, the first ever Irish Premier League match to have a female referee. Well done, Louise Thompson.

AMBUTRAN's second Irish Cup tie of the weekend is at Solitude, where Premier League Cliftonville are hosting Mid-Ulster Intermediate League side, Banbridge Rangers. The junior side have brought a good amount of supporters who are in full voice, although currently trailing 1 - 0.
The Irish Cup weekend for AMBUTRAN kicked off last night with the East Belfast Championshop v Premiership Derby between H&W Welders and Glentoran.
Regent House has schools cup, seconds cup, and medallion bowl fixtures in the next few weeks, so they ended the holidays and started their preparations for the 3 teams with matches yesterday against Ballyclare High School.

Ambutran's first running event of the year was today's Race Over the Glens, a challenging trail/mountain race starting and finishing at Glenariff Forest Park. Congratulations to the host club, Ballymena Runners, on a very successful event.

Ambutran was at Lisnagarvey Hockey Club yesterday evening for the Seniors Finals. In the Tier B final Royal School Dungannon were just too strong for the gallant Regent House Grammar team. In the showcase Tier A final Royal School Armagh won against Portadown College.
Yesterday afternoon Ambutran was with Ulster Hockey for the Schoolgirls U14 Super Leagues Finals. The Tier A final was won by Friends School Lisburn against Royal School Armagh, and in the Tier B final Cookstown High beat Clounagh by the only goal of the match.
This evening Ambutran has a large presence in Kilkeel for the Mourne Young Defenders parade where accordian, flute and pipe bands are all well represented.
Crusaders unfortunately bowed out of the Europa Conference League last night but in the previous two weeks Ambutran was at their home fixtures against Haka (Finland) and Rosenborg (Norway).
It's festival week in Ardglass and for Àmbutran the first event was the 5K and 10K athletics road races. #atlasrunning
This week's Newry Wheelers club series race was a time trial on the carriageway between Newry and Warrenpoint

To round off our Twelfth, Ambutran was in Kilkeel for the Mourne Defenders' homecoming parade, when most of the town appears to turn out for just one band.
