Builder adjusting the shortfall of interiors of flats before handover to buyers with their maintenance and then still keeping that amount as outstanding in maintenance records which has resulted in inflated maintenance dues. The list is endless !!

Today residents took out their frustration due to harassment from builder and it’s maintenance agency in a unique way; by pasting banners on every car exiting society on rear windshield, residents took part wholeheartedly as over 100 people put up these posters on their cars
