URGENT HELP REQ @British_Airways @Qantas @HeathrowAirport 2 young travellers missed Qantas flight to Oz via Sing last night as BA flight delayed from Glasgow. Stuck in Heathrow told no flight till Sunday, no one helping them and essential meds in luggage which they can’t trace!
