That was fast-- first bug reported and fixed. Chrome was only opening links sent to "Chrome". 2.1.3 is rolling out now.
Sorry about that. Did something stupid when updating. Twice. Chrome is now 2.1.2. Android is still 2.1, but you may need to update again.
