Bro, nobody said she holds Tibetan citizenship, obviously she has a Nepali one, Tibet isn’t even a recognized country. The concern is about her affiliations -active ties with the US Embassy’s USYC program, openly promoting her Tibetan heritage, connections between “Hami Nepal”…
It is repugnant to question her nationality. However, anybody that is a part of free tibet movement cannot be a part of Nepal's government.
in the 60s a lot of Tibetans fled to Nepal & took refuge. Some Joined a rebel group to attack China through CIA funding. Those rebels were crushed by Birendra’s army. Look up khampa rebellion. The question is not her ethnicity but her allegiance with Free Tibet.
