This fabulist drivel from The Human Meatball, the small and globular James Campbell, stains the Murdochracy tabloids today. It’s the NSW Liberals who are actually fighting like ferrets in a sack, but not a mention.

Utterly shameful. Murdoch has left these readers completely in the dark over this senior Liberal senator’s speech condemning the culture of corruption under Morrison. Murdoch is just a Morrison protection racket. Full speech here: youtube.com/watch?v=qOvrV_… #MurdochRoyalCommission

Probably the worst thing Australia could possibly have done is undo all our covid suppression in one go, while a new variant was emerging, at the same time as vaccines wearing off and before people had boosters, and before 5-11 vaccinated. And that’s what Australia did. Thanks!

Great article. For all the hate aimed at Novak Djokovic, the forgotten villains here are Craig Tiley and Tennis Australia, who started seeking loopholes months ago for the benefit of one person. #Djokovic theage.com.au/sport/tennis/i…

Case numbers have exploded, hospitals are overwhelmed, aged care centres are locked down yet again and supermarket shelves are increasingly empty. Scott Morrison’s only response has to been to joke at the cricket. This is a PM who goes MIA when there’s a national crisis.

Craig Tiley asked Australia's top vaccination body if players (like Djokovic) w prior infection would be exempt and was told "no" twice in November. Tiley in leaked letter said approving these players "went to the heart of the Open's viability" @theage theage.com.au/sport/tennis/w…

Once again, rapid tests should be freely available — regardless of your income or postcode. Leaving no-one out, is in our collective best interest. This isn’t ideology, it’s just sound public health.

The Prime Minister of Australia laughing in the commentary box and having a grand old time at the cricket is yet another spectacularly ignorant move on his behalf. The healthcare system and its workers are buckling under pressure, but he just doesn't get it. #Ashes #AusPol

While #ScottyFromMarketing provides us with gratuitous advice on how we’re all coping splendidly with Covid, sitting in the cricket commentary box with Murdoch mates, this is the sign greeting normal folks right across Australia. My local pharmacist said they ran out 3 weeks ago

Local pharmacies are advising concession card holders it’ll be two weeks before they’ll have their rapid tests. Maybe the Prime Minister could go fix that instead of his lame commentating at the cricket. #auspol

Confusion reigns: there’s a shortage of booster shots ; RATs overpriced (if you can find them). Hospitals at breaking point. No national education campaign on how to manage Covid. All we get is this smirking fuckwit holding a fish.

First, we didn’t have enough vaccines, now we don’t have enough Rapid Antigen Tests - and the Govt wants people to pay a fortune for them, while people are queuing for hrs for a PCR test. Enough. This Govt has let Australians down at every turn. We all just want this sorted out.

angiebaxter reposted

So, my question is how did Harvey Norman know that rapid antigen tests would become a thing and that people would have to pay for them, because he had to order them and he’s obviously ordered thousands?
