Comparison: @Avis customer service is WAY better than @EuropcarCOMMX and Rentalcars.com (@bookingcom company). Similar situation with surprise overcharges. Avis provided a refund. With Europcar/Rentalcars.com, no one takes accountability. Thanks Avis!
I finally gave up on my claim with @EuropcarCOMMX and Rentalcars.com (@bookingcom). They got me on a Bait and Switch in Cancun. Just from my recommendations, they already lost a potential 10x what they took from me. As for myself, I will be using @Avis and @Expedia

Hi @Lowes and @LowesCares. I have an order submitted in November with scheduled date on 1/5. I did not receive it and no one called me. I called and for whatever reason I had to reorder it (and pay extra $6). New scheduled date 1/31. Not delivered and no call. What's going on???
