I think I've learned more on Youtube in a year than I did during the entirety of my formal education (in the 90's). That's even easier now that I use @annotate_tv to automatically send relevant transcript highlights and my personal insights to my #PKM annotate.tv
I can recommend 3, off the bat: 1) collaborative web 3.0 note-taking app called @skiffprivacy, that looks interesting! 2) a new journaling app called @uselinked. 3) and a notation tool, called @annotate_tv, for making notes while watching YouTube videos.
