Remember how hard it was to get 25 average viewers on #twitch? That hard work puts you in the 1% of channels, alongside 80k other streamers. Want to be elite? Just figure out how to 200x your channel viewers so you can be part of the .1% (top 500 streamers).
In 2022 audiences watched 4.5% more content on #twitch vs 2021. I have a couple guesses: 1) #streamers are making better content 2) Adults can view streams easily (WFH) 3) ??? Either way this is your reminder to let your viewers and community know you appreciate them!!
Custom Stream Tags matter only as you grow in size Streams with 0-24 average viewers saw barely any difference in growth over 180 days. Focus on other aspects! Tags start becoming meaningful as you scale up from 25+ avg. viewers. Don't miss out on potential visibility and 💵
