To stop the Ebola outbreak in the DRC from spiraling out of control, it must be seen as a symptom of a deeper public health crisis in the country.

This is not good: There were 5 Ebola deaths reported today. 4 of them were people who died outside of an #Ebola treatment center, ie they weren't in isolation. That means their caregivers are probably now incubating Ebola. 1/
