We’re excited to announce that the Arduino IDE 2.0 beta is now available for download! This version carries a modern editor and provides a better overall user experience thanks to a responsive interface and faster compilation time. Plus, a live debugger! bit.ly/2MzOxtk

Nah, since I switched to Micro/Circuit-Python, my Arduino boards just laying lonely in the drawer. :)
!!! For everyone saying 1.9 is the latest beta on their page, make sure to go to the Arduino IDE github page !!!
Saw "Live debugger" and rushed to download only to realise that is only for the fancy Arduino boards which makes sense of course. Oh well...
Can't download 2.0 version. Still 1.9 version in Beta Builds section. Could you provide a direct link?
Looking good! Can I jump to function definitions with Arduino IDE 2.0?
If I install this (on MacOS) will it replace my old IDE version or can I have both installed independently?
