Seeing a small number of founders start to move away from pitch decks and instead use long form memos to describe their product / biz. These docs show clarity of thought and allow for better discussion.Decks aren’t going away anytime soon, but I for one am a fan of this trend.

A story most women in tech can resonate with, and solid piece of advice.

🧵 A pattern I've noticed in myself & every woman or marginalized person in tech I've mentored or managed: They don't know how well they're doing & how much value they provide, & even when they're told, they don't necessarily believe it right away. It takes repetition and trust.

This is brutality. Why hand-cuffing, keeping head down and maybe dragging while she is standing, is enough as duty?
